How Are Your Services Priced?
Our business model is fee-for-service with one time and limited duration projects priced hourly or at a fixed price. Longer term projects ranging from 3 to 12 months are priced on a retainer basis.
What Is Your Most Popular Offering?
The Discovery Plus Package is our most popular offering. This is a 90-minute exploratory session that does a deep dive into your business and includes a visual recap and high-level recommendations roadmap.
What Is the Next Step After the Discovery Plus Session?
The business owner/President/CEO decides on which items they can accomplish with in-house personnel, and which ones they want us to fulfil. The high-level roadmap is fleshed out, a statement of work (SOW) is created, timelines are assigned, and a contract is created.
Can Pre-Startups and Startups Participate in A Discovery Plus Session?
Yes, they can, however, immediately afterwards we recommend they work with our Startup partners to get their businesses up and running.
How Are Your Retainer Packages Structured?
Retainer packages are customized based on each client’s needs and timeline.
Do You Assist with Securing Funding?

Yes! For established, post-revenue companies.

  • First, we assist with getting our clients bank ready.
  • Then we prepare the appropriate deliverables including business plans, pitch decks, and monthly cash flow projections, and
  • Provide referrals to various bank and non-bank lenders.
Do You Assist Clients with Obtaining SBA Loans?

We ensure you are bank ready and assist in preparing you to meet with your lender. Examples of SBA loan programs we work with include SBA Express, 7A and 504.
